Taking Science education to the next level

Regional Science leadership

After 30 years of teaching Science, Chemistry and Physics, Mat is still as excited and passionate as ever about Science education.

Mat has previously led a group of schools at Primary and Secondary level to improve Science teaching, curriculum and results

What makes Mat tick?

"It's all about the kids" (Lewis, M (2001)).

Children get one shot at school and therefore needs to be the very best quality, both inside the classroom and crucially, beyond. Inclusive education should enable all children to flourish.
